Womens Workouts by Me

I hear a lot of women saying they need to get in shape for the summer, well ive taken it upon myself to get these love ladies in shape, eff a Kanye workout........

T-Times workout plan.........

-Start your mornings off with me with a few easy positions Missionary and Doggstyle
Do 20 reps of each 5mins a piece
-Jogging to Saks Fifth to their Sale
Theres nothing like buying bra and panties just for them to end on the ceiling fan (thumbs up)
-Eating your fellow classmate
Its an all female class so help your buddy out while i assist
-Bob Your Head
Choose one, the haircut or......well you know
-Drop Down and Get Your Kegel ON
Gotta practice.......on me
-Make It Clap for Me
If theres one thing i know niggas love, its APPLAUSE
-LapDance
